Tempe could Postpone Osteoporosis!!

DENPASAR - Tempe isoflapon proved to have content that may stimulate the growth of bone-forming cells. Thus says Dr. Dr. Ketut Siki Kawiyana, SpB OT Sp (K), people who consume tempeh can prevent or delay the occurrence of bone loss (osteoporosis).

  "Consuming tempeh has been recognized as a natural way to delaying osteoporosis in the male or female," said the professor of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

Told reporters in Jakarta, Friday (14/10), Siki who is also Chairman of the Committee of the National Congress of Indonesian Osteoporosis Association (Perosi), mentions, tempeh even better than the idea for the treatment of bone.
